Dr. Shiran Dror is the head of the Center for Advance Genomics, serves as a centre of knowledge in various sequencing technologies and provides advice and services to researchers and industry.
Dr. Shiran Dror specializes in screening methods to identify and map networks of chaperones in organisms and specific tissues using RNAi and confocal microscopy. During his postdoctoral studies at Heidelberg University (Germany), he specialized in Selective Ribosome Profiling, bioinformatics, and creating an interface between RNA sequencing and structural biology.
I am a Chemical Engineer with a PhD in Biotecnology, specialized in controlled delivery systems and tracer experiments, sterile environment, lab animals (rats) and in-vivo experiments, computer modeling for data analysis. Post Doc. in Molecular Biology.
The Bioinformatics Core Facility supports the design and analysis of experiments which use genomic technologies such as Next Generation Sequencing, Mass spectrometry proteomics & metabolomics and others.

Daniel Sevilla is an expert in fluorescence microscopy, image processing, image analysis, and
development of scientific software. His previous role was at Scientific Volume Imaging BV (The
Netherlands), where he held the position of CTO/Head of Software Engineering.

I am a chemical engineer with a PhD in soft matter; self-assembly of polymers and surfactants in solutions, nano structures dispersions and stabilizations. I specialize in cryo-TEM, characterization of liquid samples. Additional expertise: TEM tomography, High resolution Scanning electron microscope (SEM), cryo-SEM, EDS, EBSD.
