The Genomic Analysis unit offers its services to researchers and industry. These services range from total DNA/RNA extraction to sequencing (using either Sanger DNA sequencing or next-generation sequencing) and genotyping. The unit also performs Illumina sequencing library preparations, including quality control checks. Other services include Digital PCR quantification, high-throughput gene expression (by using Affymetrix microarrays), and single-cell isolation.
The unit assists with experimental design, troubleshooting, and fundamental data analysis.
