We are excited to invite you to the “Metabolomics time” symposium, which will be held on February 27th, 2023, at Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva campus, building 51, ground floor, 015 auditorium from 9 am to 12 pm.
Metabolomics is a high-throughput technique for analyzing metabolites in various samples: cells, tissues, organs, biofluids, and the environment. It is particularly important for biomedical studies due to a strong association between metabolic alterations and multiple patho/physiological conditions, such as development and growth, stress and interaction with the environment, diet and activity, disease, recovery, etc.
The symposium will introduce the Metabolomic unit at BGU and cover the basic principles of metabolomics and its application in the biomedical field.
Participation is free of charge but needs registration.
We look forward to seeing you all.
