High-resolution mass-spectrometers that can be used for both Data Independent Analysis (DIA) and Parallel Reaction monitoring (PRM). The MS is equipped with an ESI source that provides soft ionization of the molecules. Resolving power is up to 140,000 Full Width at Half Maximum (FWHM). Mass Range for Full Scans is m/z 50–6000 (Scan range: last mass ≤ 15 × first mass), and mass accuracy is 3ppm.
