EP3 Imaging Ellipsometer

The EP3 Imaging Ellipsometer is a non-contact optical instrument for imaging and ellipsometric characterization of solid and liquid surfaces. It combines optical imaging with spatially resolved ellipsometry, enabling measurements on selected regions of interest (ROIs) with high sensitivity to thin films and interfacial layers.
